The safety culture has been instilled in ConTech employees, with the conviction that every accident is preventable.
These safety measures and responsibilities are divided on all levels of work in the firm, we all have the responsibility and we all should be informed with what to do. The management is obligated to provide safety equipment, be aware of the safety standards and measures, provide the proper training for all staff members, and ensure that all personnel are held accountable if safety and productivity levels are lowered.
The responsibility is not only on the management team, it is also the employees and working labor responsibilities to understand and apply the safety and health measures. These responsibilities include taking control of a hazardous action happening in your area of work, well understanding of safety measures and methods to ensure everyone works in a safe environment, act as a team to ensure we are all good. Because safety is not only about using equipment and understanding the protocol, it is about treating everyone as a unit, so they all ensure safety procedures are followed.
